You may experiment with breathing in your own house. Make sure that you are in a calm setting where you won’t be disturbed by anybody else. The next step is to take a deep breath and picture your lungs being completely stuffed with air.

It’s possible that some water will get into your snorkel tube while you’re out snorkelling. Just give it some forceful blows and get rid of all the water. There is also a possibility that air will get inside your mask. Just push the mask up against your face and exhale through your nose to release the oxygen.

If you feel pressure in your ears, gently squeeze the bridge of your nose and blow out through your mouth. It will bring about an equalisation of the pressure and help you feel more at ease while you are submerged.

Bring the following: Please make sure that you wear a base layer consisting of some thin thermals and warm socks below your toasty dry suit in order to keep yourself warm in the temperature of 2 degrees Celsius.
